Buggy Exercise is an outdoor fitness class for parents/carers and their buggies. Classes involve power walking, non-compulsory jogging and resistance exercises. People are encouraged to work at their own levels. Please bring a mat to this class.
Abs, Bums & Thighs is a calorie burning, muscle toning class, geared at shaping and sculpting the lower body. Please bring mats along to this class.
You will learn to spin the hoop on different parts of you body and will be shown a series of moves with the hoop. Each class will always start with a warm-up and finish with a cool down. The emphasis will be on fitness and having fun and no experience is necessary. All hoops are provided and the class is open to all.
