Okay so it’s getting warmer, lighter and I thought this week we would discuss benefits of exercising outside. This morning I asked our coaches what are the top benefits of exercising outside, contributing to physical health and wellbeing!
I've been going for about 3 months and the change in my physical fitness and my body shape is awesome! I think i've probably dropped nearly 2 dress sizes and about 1.5 stone so as you can imagine I am super chuffed! The instructors (Kieon and Michelle) are amazing and really supportive without being overbearing so they are bang on!
