Buggy Exercise is an outdoor fitness class for parents/carers and their buggies. Classes involve power walking, non-compulsory jogging and resistance exercises. People are encouraged to work at their own levels. Please bring a mat to this class.
Dance Fitness is a great combination of dance and aerobics. It’s simple, easy and calorie burning. A large part of the class is cardio but the conditioning exercises happen on a mat to make sure we hit all areas.
Turn Up Tone Up is body weight based exercise class that utilizes outdoor gym equipment. Whether you want to learn how to flagpole, handstand or simply want to get a sweat on and meet your community, these sessions are for you no matter your level of fitness.
About: Circuit training is an intensive form of fitness training where a group of exercises are completed one after the other with 30 - 60secs recovery! Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions/time.
