Circuit training is an intensive form of fitness training where a group of exercises are completed one after the other with 30 - 60secs recovery!

Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions/time.

Tone Zone

Tone Zone targets areas such as legs, abs and arms with exercises geared to reduce fat and increase calorie burn rate through repetition and small cardio intervals.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels, as by mixing up the body weight moves and changing the intensity throughout the workout, you'll keep your body challenged and your mind focused.

Brazilian Dance

Brazilian dance yourself fit with fun workouts mixing low-intensity and high-intensity, interval-style training, to burn calories and shake into shape by dancing. All levels are welcomed.

Beginners Yoga

Box Fit

A fun way to get fit through a high intensity full body work-out. The class incorporates solid boxing pad work with body conditioning.

Rugby Fit

Get fit, have fun and meet loads of new people by joining a mixed Tag Rugby groups exercise class. All levels are welcome and equipment is provided. 

Hula Hoop Fitness

Tuesday, 1 December, 2015 - 18:15

You will learn to spin the hoop on different parts of you body and will be shown a series of moves with the hoop. Each class will always start with a warm-up and finish with a cool down. The emphasis will be on fitness and having fun and no experience is necessary.  

All hoops are provided and the class is open to all.
