Tone Zone targets areas such as legs, abs and arms with exercises geared to reduce fat and increase calorie burn rate through repetition and small cardio intervals. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, as by mixing up the body weight moves and changing the intensity throughout the workout, you'll keep your body challenged and your mind focused.
Yoga is excellent for improving flexibility, strength, all round fitness, well-being and stress reduction. Please bring mats to this session and if you require a mat please contact the teacher through the private messaging function prior to the session.
You will learn to spin the hoop on different parts of you body and will be shown a series of moves with the hoop. Each class will always start with a warm-up and finish with a cool down. The emphasis will be on fitness and having fun and no experience is necessary.
All hoops are provided and the class is open to all.
