Circuit training is an intensive form of fitness training where a group of exercises are completed one after the other. Each exercise is performed on the outdoor gym equipment for a specified number of repetitions/time.

Brazilian Dance

Brazilian dance yourself fit with fun workouts mixing low-intensity and high-intensity, interval-style training, to burn calories and shake into shape by dancing. All levels are welcomed.

Buggy Exercise

Buggy Exercise is an outdoor fitness class for parents/carers and their buggies. Classes involve power walking, non-compulsory jogging and resistance exercises. People are encouraged to work at their own levels. Please bring a mat to this class.

Run Club 3 & 5KM

Our Parks run club is a volunteer lead running group, which creates an environment for fellow Parkers to run together. Each run is 5K long with a 3K lap for those that want to run a shorter distance. ​
