Circuit training is an intensive form of fitness training where a group of exercises are completed one after the other. Each exercise is performed on the outdoor gym equipment for a specified number of repetitions/time.
Buggy Exercise is an outdoor fitness class for parents/carers and their buggies. Classes involve power walking, non-compulsory jogging and resistance exercises. People are encouraged to work at their own levels. Please bring a mat to this class.
Yoga is excellent for improving flexibility, strength, all round fitness, well-being and stress reduction. Please bring mats to this session and if you require a mat please contact the teacher through the private messaging function prior to the session.
Our Parks run club is a volunteer lead running group, which creates an environment for fellow Parkers to run together. Each run is 5K long with a 3K lap for those that want to run a shorter distance.
