Circuit training is an intensive form of fitness training where a group of exercises are completed one after the other with 30 - 60secs recovery! Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions/time.
Dynamic flow yoga is an uplifting, energetic class featuring a range of balancing postures focused on improving strength and flexibility, finishing with a full therapeutic five-minute relaxation at the end. It's not about doing the postures perfectly, it's about being open to letting go of the limits you have set for yourself and having some fun.
Yoga is excellent for improving flexibility, strength, all round fitness, well-being and stress reduction. Please bring mats to this session and if you require a mat please contact the teacher through the private messaging function prior to the session.
Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture whilst shaping toning muscles. Please bring your own mat to session
