Description: 

HIIT Yoga is a training session that combines the flowing postures of a dynamic yoga sequence with the challenging workout of a HIIT session. The class is a dynamic yoga workout that lasts just 20 minutes, with an additional full therapeutic five minute relaxation at the end. HIIT Yoga offers you the cardiovascular benefits of a HIIT session with the lengthening and strengthening of a yoga class. It's not about doing the postures perfectly, it's about being open to letting go of the limits you have set for yourself and having some fun. Feel free to bring your babies and children, but be prepared they might be better than you at some of the postures!
